By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, purchasing our services, or entering into an agreement with SSW Traders, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
1. Services
SSW Traders provides digital marketing and related business services, which may include:

- Paid advertising and campaign management

The specific services, deliverables, timelines, fees, and responsibilities applicable to a client will be determined by the applicable proposal, quotation, service agreement, statement of work, or other written agreement between SSW Traders and the client.
2. Client Responsibilities
To provide our services effectively, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the project.
- Provide timely access to required websites, advertising accounts, social media accounts, analytics platforms, and other relevant systems.
- Review and approve materials, content, advertisements, or other deliverables within a reasonable timeframe.
- Ensure that information, images, trademarks, content, and other materials supplied to SSW Traders may legally be used for the intended purpose.
SSW Traders is not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate information, unavailable access, delayed approvals, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
3. Payments and Fees
All fees, payment schedules, deposits, recurring charges, and project costs will be specified in the applicable proposal, quotation, invoice, or service agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Payments are due according to the agreed payment schedule.
- Work may be paused or suspended if required payments are overdue.
- Deposits or initial payments may be non-refundable once work has commenced, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
- Third-party expenses, including advertising spend, software subscriptions, hosting, domain registration, stock assets, platform fees, or other external costs, may be charged separately unless expressly included in the agreed service fee.
Any applicable taxes, governmental charges, or transaction fees may be the responsibility of the client where required by applicable law or the applicable agreement.
4. Advertising and Marketing Disclaimer
Digital marketing results can vary significantly depending on market conditions, competition, industry, budget, platform policies, website performance, customer demand, and other factors.
SSW Traders does not guarantee:
- A specific number of leads, sales, customers, or conversions
- Specific search engine rankings
- A particular return on advertising spend (ROAS)
- Guaranteed advertising approval
- Guaranteed revenue or business growth
Any projections, estimates, forecasts, or performance expectations provided by SSW Traders are for informational and planning purposes only and are not guarantees of future results.
Advertising budgets paid to platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, or other third-party platforms are separate from SSW Traders’ service fees unless expressly stated otherwise.
5. Third-Party Platforms
Our services may depend on third-party platforms and services, including search engines, advertising networks, social media platforms, hosting providers, analytics services, payment processors, and software providers.
SSW Traders does not control these third parties and is not responsible for:
- Changes to their policies, algorithms, pricing, or features
- Account suspensions or restrictions
- Advertising disapprovals
- Platform outages or technical failures
- Changes in search rankings or advertising performance
- Loss of data or functionality caused by third-party systems
Clients remain responsible for complying with the applicable terms and policies of third-party platforms used for their business.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all original materials created by SSW Traders specifically for a client and fully paid for by that client may be used by the client for the agreed business purpose.
SSW Traders retains ownership of its:
- Pre-existing materials
- Internal processes and methodologies
- Templates
- Strategies and frameworks
- Proprietary tools
- General know-how
- Unused concepts or materials
Third-party assets, software, fonts, stock images, plugins, themes, or other licensed materials remain subject to their respective license terms.
All SSW Traders trademarks, branding, website content, graphics, text, designs, and other materials not specifically created for a client remain the property of SSW Traders and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without prior written permission.
7. Confidentiality
SSW Traders and its clients may exchange confidential business, marketing, technical, financial, or operational information during a project.
Each party agrees to use reasonable measures to protect confidential information and not disclose it to unauthorized third parties, except where disclosure is required by law or is reasonably necessary to provide the contracted services.
Specific confidentiality obligations may also be established through a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (“NDA”) or service agreement.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to use our website or services to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Infringe another person’s intellectual property or privacy rights
- Submit fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful information
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or accounts
- Interfere with the operation or security of our website

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services where we reasonably believe a client’s activities violate applicable law, platform policies, or these Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SSW Traders will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our website or services.
This may include loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SSW Traders’ total liability arising from a specific service or claim will not exceed the amount actually paid to SSW Traders for the specific services giving rise to the claim during the applicable period, unless a written agreement provides otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SSW Traders, its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:

- Your violation of applicable laws or third-party platform policies
11. Termination
Either party may terminate a service relationship according to the terms of the applicable service agreement.
SSW Traders may suspend or terminate services if:
- Payments remain overdue
- The client materially breaches the applicable agreement
- The client requests unlawful or prohibited activities
- Continued service would create a significant legal, security, or reputational risk
Termination does not eliminate payment obligations for services already performed or expenses already incurred.
12. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services.
These links are provided for convenience only. SSW Traders does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or policies of third-party websites.
Your use of third-party websites is subject to their own terms and policies.
13. Website Disclaimer
Our website and its content are provided for general informational purposes.
While we make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and current, we do not guarantee that all website content will always be complete, accurate, current, or free from errors.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a separately signed written service agreement, the terms of the signed service agreement will control to the extent of the conflict.
